  Absolutely amazing staff. From Reception to Technicians. I was not well after the Dye during a Cardiac CT but they were fantastic and very caring. Thankyou to all staff

  Busy place at times, reception Staff working under a lot of pressure yet were friendly and absolutely cannot fault the technicians doing the MRIs and X-rays. Have been there a number of times and always found staff friendly and engaging. For people who do this on a repetitive daily basis they treat you as an individual and watched them deal with patients with various concerns and fears. Top Class establishment.

  Just had my first MRI. I was petrified but the staff were amazing. Calm, comforting and encouraging. I feel so brave now and didn’t expect to. A great experience. Thankyou

  1. A specialist advised me to get an MRI as soon as possible, the lady at MRI reception said I had to wait for 6 weeks to get an appointment.
  The tech then asked me, if I had done an Xray on it, he said he wasn’t sure why specialist’s would ask for an MRI without an Xray (clearly he knew more)
  The receptionist unwillingly booked me in for the Saturday after a few dramas
  2. I received a call on Friday at 9:15AM to see if I could make it at 9:30 as they had a cancellation. Not sure if this going above and beyond or rock up when we ask you to.
  3. If you are bored on a Saturday morning and have nothing much to do, try this place.
  Great entertainment!
  
  Finally, I went on in Saturday to get an MRI and followed signs to MRI reception desk and stood there for 5 mins and then decided to sitdown to find a sign, “Reception Closed, go to Karalta Lane Reception”
  Great game,
  Step 1: Follow the sign to MRI and to go reception
  Step 2: Wait at MRI reception and find no one, wait longer
  Step 3: Get tired and sit down
  Step 4: Find the sign and think, would have helped if the sign was up somewhere people could see
  Step 5: Go back to the reception on the otherside
  Step 6: Fill in all details
  Step 7: Go back to MRI Reception and wait
  Step 8: Read sign, Please do not use mobile phone in this area
  Step 9: Read another sign Free WiFi at I-med
  Step 10: You cant spend a Saturday elsewhere with such entertainment value

  I have been to Imed a couple of times now. Used to go to prp but changed when prp started demanding I send away my mask medical exemption for approval before I could be seen, on the day of my appointment. Went to Imed for MRI. My visit has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Clean and uplifting surroundings. The kindest, most helpful and friendliest staff. Very understanding and empathetic. Just what you need when you go to a place like that when you're not feeling good. Can't recommend enough.
